Welcome to Eden Academy Rural View. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.
We operate from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 100 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
About you;
- You’re an experienced Educational Leader with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
- You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
- Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
- Lead and mentor educators to deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs
- Model exceptional teaching practices and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Use your non-contact time to plan, reflect, and support curriculum innovation
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- A professional and friendly personal presentation
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
